Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order on SMMIMAR, you agree to these terms.

1. General

  • SMMIMAR provides social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views and members.
  • You are responsible for the links you submit and for following the rules of each social media platform.
  • We may change these terms, our services and our prices at any time without notice.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or try to abuse the panel.

2. Orders

  • Your profile, post, video or channel must be public while the order is running.
  • Do not place two orders for the same link at the same time. Wait for the first order to complete.
  • Do not change your username or delete the post while the order is running.
  • Start times and speeds shown on each service are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Wrong or private links may be canceled or marked as completed without a refund.
  • We never ask for your social media password.

3. Refill

  • Refill is only available on services marked with refill, and only during the refill period shown.
  • Refill does not apply if you change your username, make the account private or place another order on the same link from another provider.
  • Services without refill have no drop guarantee.

4. Refunds

  • If an order is canceled or partially delivered, the unused amount is returned to your SMMIMAR balance automatically.
  • Refunds are added to your SMMIMAR balance only. Money is not sent back to your payment method.
  • Funds added to your account cannot be withdrawn.
  • Opening a dispute or chargeback after a payment will lead to account suspension.

5. Payments

  • You can add funds with Binance Pay, Cryptomus, Heleket, credit / debit card, Easypaisa, JazzCash, bKash or PhonePe.
  • If a payment is not added within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.

6. Privacy

We only use your username, email and order details to run your account and orders. We do not sell your data to anyone.
